Fort Bend Municipal Utility District No. 23 (FBMUD 23) offers essential services such as residential water, sewer, drainage, security, trash, and recycling to the residents of Teal Run, Teal Run North, Estates of Teal Run, Winfield Lakes, Cambridge Falls, and Andover Farms.
The approval of the 2023 tax rate at $.60 per hundred dollars of assessed value is a decrease of 6 cents from the 2022 rate. As seen in the bar graph below the FBMUD 23 tax rate has been in steady decline for over decade. The Board of Directors takes a proactive approach to financial management by analyzing the district’s fiscal health on an ongoing basis. This approach allows the district to strike a balance between meeting the needs of the community through essential services and minimizing the financial impact on residents.
January 31, 2024 is the due date for Property Tax Payments.
